B and S are absolutely awful agents, took our money, gave it to our awful landlady and once she tried to keep our deposit they were no help at all despite promising to move heaven and earth to help us! luckily for us we detailed and photographed EVERYTHING!!! this went to a tribunal and we got 90 percent of our money back. There are some despicable landlord/ladys out there so be aware, these agents at the burgess hill office WILL NOT HELP YOU if you have any problems, REMEMBER THEY WORK FOR THE LANDLORD,NOT YOU, once they have had your deposit (ie their fee) they do not want to know. You have been warned about dealing with this office, going somewhere else is HIGHLY advised!!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
they were very unhelpful, lied to us and avoided our calls and requested meetings. very unprofessional. in 25 years of being a landlord and a tenant i have never witnessed such abhorrent behaviour! Please post this review as people need to know about these charlatans!Attached Filesnbsp;
