Awful experience. Charged twice for a property clean initially and deposit still not returned after more than one month of leaving rental property. Home was spotless, I even put in a new battery for the smoke detector. No justifiable reason other than incompetence on the part of Foxtons. Felt very devalued as a tenant - my calls and emails were ignored. Very sad as my experience started out well with Foxtons and there are some amazing staff members there who are very efficient but unfortunately the property management team were a complete and utter disappointment and ruined the overall experience.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have returned my emails and phone calls. They could have been more transparent as to why I was charged fees that were ludicrous.
