First tenancy in UK for me . They were helpful and went us thru the whole process really good. We didn't have much time for viewing, only 2 days and it was 2 months before we scheduled to moved. Most of the companies couldn't help and Gibbs Gillespie did really nice.
Comment on agent fees
Although I don't have much expiriance in tenancy in UK, I think it was fair.
