Been dealing with them for the rental of my property for years and now have used Northwood to sell my house. I was abroad at the time and they dealt with everything. It was professional but not over the top. Their personal touch really was a blessing in disguise. I came back to the UK and was coming back to an empty house. They arranged for me a fridge, a bed, food, plates, cups, kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits. And so much more. Shower gel, towels. It was amazing. I really appreciate this as I would have had to literally sleep on the floor :). They helped me fill out forms and took care of everything including me. So thank you again. And yes we are dealing with you again with the sale of the second house. Thanks Ela.

I cannot locate your application so I am unsure how far along in the process you was. Once we receive full documentation from anybody applying for our properties we submit them to the landlord for them to make a decision on whether they wish to proceed. If there are more than 1 applications completed at the same time then it is up to the landlord to decide who they wish to proceed with.
