House left in poor condition by previous tenants, Jordan Fishwick promised a number of remedial works which were never completed. I have just left only to lose my deposit to a string of fictitious or ridiculous excuses (e.g. I was charged for plugging the dryer back into the wall?)
Basically a lazy and disinterested estate agent who are only interested in getting the maximum fees for the minimum of effort. Would strongly recommend you avoid if possible.

I just wanted to respond regarding your offer. A number of viewings took place on the property on the same day. We do have to report all offers to our client when they are made and we have to take our clients instructions. I have to say that we are well known for keeping the offering process as fair as possible for all buyers and we certainly advice our clients that if a purchaser has incurred costs such as solicitors or surveys, that they cease all further viewings.
