Philip was extremely helpful and efficient, he ensured we received the best possible rental income for the property whilst letting it quickly to a professional couple. We were impressed with the pictures and advertising details, the flat is relatively small although pictures were done so well it didn't look like it which I'm sure attracted more prospective tenants.
Philip also arranged for us to furnish the property and even put the order on David Andrew's account to save us setting up an account and then deducted the funds from the deposit and rent in advance we received from the tenants. He also arranged the epc. The fees charged for finding the tenants were relatively low especially for the service we received.
Would highly recommend landlords to use Philip and David Andrews to let their property.
