The agents were excellent at communicating with us and responded to queries very quickly. We found them to be honest, friendly and professional throughout, and having experience with several agents over the years they are one of the best we have dealt with. We had a bad experience with a different branch of Haart previously, but the agents in the Arnold branch are the complete opposite.
