In all my contacts with the staff at the office, everyone has always been extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I have been kept fully informed about the progress, or otherwise, of the sale of my house. I have been particularly impressed by the thorough approach demonstrated by Alison Northover, Matthew Taylor and Alex Bryant.
