I've been delighted with the service I got from eMoov - everyone I've
dealt with was friendly and professional, and you made the whole
selling process go smoothly.

I was looking at high street agency fees of around £3,000 and thought
they were ridiculous, so I decided to give eMoov a try first, knowing
that I could resort to a high street agency if it didn't work out.

You made it easy to get the listing ready and gave me control over
the content, your appointed photographer was nice and took excellent
photos (I'd wanted to supply some of my own in addition or instead -
but when I saw the standard of his work I didn't bother, it was
excellent imagery).

When the house went on the market, on a Sunday morning, you had two
viewings arranged by the afternoon, and the very next day, both made
offers, and you negotiated to a final accepted offer of £3.5k over our
asking price, which made us very happy indeed.

You continued to be helpful all the way to completion, always available
via email and phone.

So - pleasant to deal with, sold the property for over the asking price
in less than 24 hours on the market, and costing a fraction of the fees
that a high street agent would use? I'm very happy indeed, will
certainly use you in future if I move house again, and wouldn't
hesitate to recommend you.
