I was asked to leave a review, got to this site, read some other reviews, and now feel a bit miffed. I actually thought Pam's professionalism and loveliness were reserved for our chain - now I see that she is attentive, proactive, kind, upbeat, helpful, on-the-ball, willing, sympathetic, knowledgeable, gentle etc with everyone, all the time. We weren't special!! Seriously, the level of personal customer service Pam provided was outstanding, you couldn't ask for more, she is brilliant at her job and a fabulous person.
eMoov were recommended by our friends. I researched other online agents - eMoov's fees are not as pricey as some, not as strangely low as others. They do everything - an agent takes photos and does the floor-plan (included in the price, why do people go to high-street agents because they think that they have to take their own photos?!), and can also do the EPC (very competitive price). Your property is listed on Rightmove. And that's where people look first, who actually goes to an estate agent anymore, they don't sell your house, Rightmove does! Yes, you have to do your own viewings, but why wouldn't you, you know more about your home than an agent. Set up an

We saved approx ‚£7,500 in fees by using eMoov as opposed to a high street estate agent. They did everything (and more) that a regular agent would do. Why would you NOT use this service?!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
