Darbo was very informative and friendly when showing us around the house. He was honest and helpful with the negotiating process and we managed to get the house within our budget. Since the sale he has been very helpful and has regularly made contact. He has always been on hand to answer any questions I have and I can't really fault him.
The only slightly negative observation I have made was a company policy itself so not personally Darbo. This was that Bradleys stated they were unable to show the property as sold STC until I had all the mortgage documents back. I understand why they might do this with first time buyers but we already had a mortgage and were mearly porting it over so I found it quite frustrating that after intense negotiations resulting in an agreement, that anyone looking at the property would still think it was available. However, no harm done, it's showing as sold now so we feel much better about it.
All in all we have received a great service so far.
