I am a first time buyer and recently purchased a flat via Streets Ahead. I cannot speak highly enough of Bonnie Pooley who was absolutely fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Bonnie dealt with everything promptly and efficiently and was extemely proactive and kept me informed every step of the way. There were some hiccups along the way in dealing with the solicitors which caused delays in getting to exchange and completion, but Bonnie was on top of them constantly until it was resolved. Bonnie is a credit to her company and I could not have asked for better customer service. Thank you!

For me, this has been one of the highlights of our working relationship: As in all big sales, you should do your homework and arrive with a very clear idea of what you're prepared to pay and negotiate accordingly. My experience has been that Streets Ahead can deservedly justify charging a slight premium to standard market rates, and it's one that I'd pay again on future sales to work with this team.
