HI every one who would like to know about outstanding service of the estate agent ,their friendly ,polite ,kind and professional approach ,Yes its exist ,,its sears property agent they are so different and unique
i dealt with mostly two person regarding selling my property
1:Robert Franklin
2:Beth Barker
their nice ,polite and kind approach was so unique each time when i called them, they always welcome me like i am new customer while i was an existing customer ,usually the estate agent welcome you on first day and when you become customer they do not care about existing customer but honestly this make me feel special and i have phoned Robert and Beth several time and i always felt very special because of their unique ,polite and professional approach.
this is what you called them going an extra Miles ,this is what expect as customer,this what you feel like to recommend some one to, this is when you like to appreciate ,and think if i was the manager of this property estate agent or a director ,or a owner ,i would bring forward such people and appreciate their job and promote them ,as because this Rob and Beth who did such a wonderful job to pride sears property ,if i am today appreciating sears property its because of them ,
As whole all the team is nice and professional but i dealt with these two guys which were wonderful.
before using sears i have been with 4 different agents and i was so frustrated and left them and after using Sears property i noticed all the differences and compared and as result now writing the review to say Sears property is different then other agents
wish you success and bright future to see you in the management position as you deserve it .

Comment on agent fees
AS far i am concern the other agents were charging more then the sears property and sears property were reasonable with their fees and specially the hard work they do make you feel valued customer.and this what every customer would like .thank you sears property
