I had a positive experience with David Andrews. I was in regular touch with Alex Gibson, who showed me the apartment twice before I made an offer. Alex was clear and professional in explaining the various steps of the letting procedure. This aspect was important to me, since I have never lived in the UK before and was not familiar with the requirements of the letting procedure. The meditation between me and the landlord through David Andrews was quick and efficient. Garett Kleinschmidt, who was in charge with the tenancy application, was equally helpful.
I would recommend this agency to my friends.
