This the worst agency I have seen , all staff is very professional in °Å¸ËœÅ“ LIES°Å¸â€˜Å½. The told me that I can movie in after a week in house so I pack every thing , give notice to my landlord and the day of moving when I call them they say that the landlord rent property him self (but truly they rent them self to some one on heigh price, I was there and ask the people that rents that house). Is there any place to complaint about them? P

What agent could do to change your mind?
Get in touch and provide copies of their communications with the owner of the property. They could have Been more proactive in getting a boiler repair person to the property in hours instead of days.Attached Filesnbsp;

I can't seem to find a contact number for our landlord - there is no contact details on our tenancy agreement. Still having problems with agency - now need boiler replacing, had various men out working on boiler "fixing it" (arriving to the property without our consent but at least they are doing something??!!
