These people are totally sales orientated and do not give one iota about their clients. The manager Jamie has family connections with local firm of builders and I know for a fact that building plots go to them and subsequently the new properties are not surprisingly then placed with the rental department for let , So dear old Jamie wins both ends. He encourages his staff to deal with buyers who will be taking out mortgages with Browns mortgage advisors in preference to cash buyers. Yes I have got that the right way round.

Full management fee was £1530 plus a further £540 admin charges. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF given that they neglected and completely mismanaged the property. They will take the fee and then tell you when their is an issue that the management fee only covers administration.Attachments

Are you sure you mean searches and not enquiries? If it is enquiries raised, then this is down to the purchasers' solicitor, not the estate agent or your solicitor. If you do mean searches then:
Point 1; the speed of which searches arrive are not dictated by the estate agent nor the purchasers' conveyancer. The sooner the buyer pays for it, the sooner they can be submitted.

This must of happened to us our offers not gone through to seller, William h brown didn't even log out details after telling them twice. They let us go through a long process and waste people's time. We asked for a transfer from jobs and schools and had a builder go round to see work needed doing.. I'm convinced they have sold it to one of their own, when I find out I'm taking it further even if it takes me years . This can't happen to people's feelings, they can't keep getting away with it X ...
