From the date we were told we were being asked to give up our home of 3and a half years due to Toms misinformation. After that our problems began. It would be easy to say what went well- Tom actually answered the phone twice to our calls. Tom ignored most calls. He informed our landlord that we had a dog instead of asking ourselves. We waited 5 weeks to get our bond back as we did ALL of the chasing around to deal with our move. Simply put. Our encounter with manning Stainton will never be repeated. ( we had NO problems in 3 1/2 years. Not one).
