Phillip James Wilson did what what set out in the original quotation and more.There was an extensively detailed and tailored marketing strategy/ tactics outlined eloquently and professionally by Greg. His staff were attentive, personable and extremely professional in all my dealings with them. I have singled out Chris and Julie who made, what I perceive as an inexperienced vendor - the difficult parts, very easy. Chris and Julie handled the negotiations between us and the potential purchasers with tact, diplomacy and good advice. They made it happen and took a huge amount of stress out of what is generally held as one of life's most stressful events. This part was a pleasant surprise to me during the process but what I think you should stress more in your up front marketing. It eased the process from start to finish.
I have used the word professional several times in this review and this sums up my experience. The process as quick and simple as facilitated by Phillip James Wilson and it was right choice of estate agent and worth every penny!

Worth every penny. The house sold for in excess of the asking price which they facilitated during the sales process.
