Our first encounter was with Ian Ely-Corbett who was very charming, not pushy and positive, so much so, that my husband did not want to go any further and have three people to visit, he wanted Ian and Gascoigne Pees which Ian had presented perfectly!
We then had a few viewings by Neil Pritchard who again was absolutely charming and had a lovely mild mannered non pushy demeanour which I appreciated. He was always polite, very positive and encouraging with us pre and post viewings.
Lynne Dyer accompanied a few viewings and was superb, her personality is very affable and she has a great talent for turning any possible concern or negative into a positive and pointing out a way forward, she not only presented the house beautifully, but also the lifestyle of the village and nearby facilities.
Lynne had the viewing with the buyers and she then proceeded to work very patiently and diplomatically to progress the purchase to the point of exchange, which needed a lot of assistance. She went far and beyond the call of her job, liaising to ensure that the solicitors had all the information from us, not only once, but twice to allow things to progress as smoothly as possible. She is a great asset to the team, who are all excellent in our experience. They work well together and are very supportive of each other.
