We had been given a personal recommendation for NMR Lettings and discovered that they were very competitive for Letting and subsequent full management service, without in any way compromising on efficiency and thoroughness. Our property was let after the very first viewing with no little thanks going to NMR for their pre-publicity and their careful vetting of any interest shown as a result. NMR's thoughtfulness and skill in guiding us through a process to which we were quite new was commendable.

They did not provide misleading information, however your office did ask them to play around with dates on the application which I have seen emails for. This would have been misleading. They tried to provide a guarantor with the criteria given but this was rejected. They tried everything possible to resolve issues and get the house. They should get there deposit back. ...
