The staff at Northwood have gone above and beyond during my whole time as a tenant with them. From looking for a property as a newly single Mum, tired and emotional, they have supported my needs immensely.
They have constantly chased any maintenance issues, with fantastic communication, taken my personal circumstances into consideration (as a teacher I cannot answer my phone much of the time, so they have always used email and text to ensure I'm kept informed)
I cannot thank the whole office enough, I always recommend them to anyone looking for a property, and will continue to do so. I recommend them to anyone looking to rent as either a landlord or tenant, and if there is some sort of employee award, Rhonda deserves it several times over!

Hey Ajay - that's a fantastically generous and I'd say astute summary of what makes Gosia (and her Northwood team) different - going way beyond "normal" levels of understanding of the process of buying and selling homes to help new owners achieve their needs.
