We are on the guaranteed rent scheme and I am very delighted with it, I no longer work but I can rely on a continuos income from Northwood which gives me and my family peace of mind, they also deal with my properties maintaince issues and this is normally sorted quite quickly but most importantly to a high standard! We are very happy.

Northwood have our property on the guaranteed scheme. We have not seen it for over a year and that's great! We get quarterly reports and the rent comes on the same day every month. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I don't normally write ...

We rented a house through Northwood. They're a fantastic friendly team. We had no problems whatsoever whilst renting through them and when our landlord decided to sell, they bent over backwards to help us find alternative accommodation. I would recommend them to anybody....
