I found Lawler & Co excellent throughout the whole sale process. Despite having some complications with a previous buyer, they guided me through the process diligently and with true professionalism. They initially gave me a very good valuation on my house which, in the end, turned out to be to too far off the mark - much higher than through another local estate agent.

My thanks goes in particular to Emily King who chased up the buyers, solicitors and mortgage company on my behalf and kept me up to date with proceedings as things moved along. Couldn't have done it without them. Highly recommended!
