Do not ever deal with this company, especially do not trust *.
I was a landlord for a student property in Leicester near De Montfort University for many years. When I came to sell the property, I used ** because I was not happy with the service from The Lettings Co, despite they recommended me their sister company for sales.
*promised me a sale of 5000 pounds more than what I got from Barkers' cash buyer. But it was a scam. She would slowly prolong the sale and bring down the sale price in favour of the buyer. I have never met anyone as unethical and cunning as *, who runs the company. She succeeded because I could not be bothered to re-advertise with another agent. You can choose not to believe this review, *** And you risk yourself dealing * and her team.
