My apartment has been marketed through Forbes, with Ayb as my contact, for a couple of years and I can say that I have been very happy with the service received from them. As I do not leave in London, I do need to rely on a good agent to get things done when a problem arises and this has been done to my satisfaction over this period. Recently, I decided to sell my property and Ayb spoke to my tenant, who decided he would like to purchase, and am pleased to say this has now completed.

The fees are the lowest in London, they cover the insurance and security for my deposit and all admin fees are included. Other companies told me around ‚£400.00 - ‚£500.00 so I was very happy with Forbes Fee of ‚£150.00

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
