I called the branch on a few occasions to arrnage a sales/leting valuation, i was trasnsferred to a call answering service and was advised that somoe would call me back, this never happened. I chased them up again; finally spoke to a lady there who said she will arrange for someone to attend and then contcat me with feedback. Its been over 3 weeks now since the valuation and no calls from them or any attemot to contact me......

Over priced for the state of the house. They even tried to charge us more between the viewing and signing the contract.

What agent could do to change your mind?
In order for these people to improve there practice would require a complete turn around in idelolgy its clear that their whole business practice is to put their landlords first in all circumstances. They will lie and cheat to get the most out of their tennants including planing so that things that were wrong in the first place will be used at the end to withhold deposits.Attached Filesnbsp;

Fees would be acceptable even though it is un fairly high due to us being students but this is the same with all agents, however the fees are unacceptable in this case due to hunters terrible attitude and abuse of powerAttachments
