After a long search and being visited by almost 10 estate agents, we choose Cray & Norton to list our property. They were the most competitively priced and cut the estate agent chat and had a proper conversation.
The house was listed professionally and we were happy with the photos they took. Within a week we had an open day planned and a list of potential buyers. We sold over the asking price that weekend.
We then set out to find a property for ourselves. Which after a few weeks we did. Unfortunately, 10 weeks later that fell through and we were back to the drawing board. C&N were patient and helpful through this period.
In the end we were even fortunate enough to purchase our onward property through C&N. This was a great relief given the experiences we'd had with other selling agents in the area. The process then was fairly plain sailing, with the usual solicitor hiccups along the way and slight delays. Despite this, Tony kept the chain together, informed and personally sought to resolve queries and bring things together.
They were a pleasure to deal with and should we look to list our property in the future, the first point of call.

Comment on agent fees
Fees were the most important factor for me. I know houses pretty much sell themselves these days with Rightmove, Zoopla and the like, so a fair price was key.
