From start to finish we have had excellent communications with all of the staff at village estates. One of the most impressive things has been the level of personal service and positivity the staff at the agency have demonstrated throughout. We have felt supported during a stressful time and nothing has ever been too much for them to deal with, even when we would call with a barrage of questions and queries for them. This agent stands out for the above reasons and we would not hesitate to recommend them to our nearest and dearest - knowing that they would be in safe hands.
