I've had a great experience with Global House Estates. Initially I was communicating with Edmond who showed me the property I was interested in and took away any concerns I had. I admire his patience and effort as I was in two minds and he happily allowed me to view the property twice before making a decision. I liked how he knew of the property very well so any questions I had was answered and if he didn't know he'd get back to me before confirming. Also, thanks for bringing the measuring tape, twice! After making my decision, I was then in touch with Anthony who assisted me throughout the referencing and everything else. He took me through each step, was clear, concise and to the point and ensured everything was going smoothly. Any issues that did arise were taken care of very efficiently and they both really understood my circumstances. Overall, Anthony was an absolute delight to talk to over the phone, super friendly and really does take care of all his clients. Both were very easy to get hold of, in fact, I've spoken to them so much that I've already recognised their voices! Thanks to you both for making this gruelling process a lot easier than I expected.
