The fees they charge are so reasonable and completely justified based on the work they do. I happily paid them and think if we had gone with someone cheaper or online, we probably would have got a lower price so the fees were paid for by what they delivered.

We believe that you get what you pay for. Although there may be cheaper Estate agents locally, we believe that for the service from B&W warrants any potential extra cost as the follow up service is so good. The fees are not too high and are well earned.

I am not sure how much more updating and progress reporting is possible, as you say we are very easy to communicate with and I personally have had many conversations with you regarding progress. Regarding viewings; It frustrates us as well when applicants do not respond to our requests for feedback, all we can do is advise you accordingly. All of our marketing material is professionally printed of site. When our clients wish us to commence marketing immediately there is a short time period when the details are not available before we receive delivery. You did receive all details in the end.
Ultimately the service we offer is to sell your property and I share your frustration that on this occasion it has not worked out, I only wish I had a magic wand and could make someone want to buy your house.
