We really can not recommended using Village Estates to sell your home enough. From signing up with them, we had an offer at asking price within a few hours. Brett and his team have been excellent along the way with the sale and have had to deal with a lot of complications as we drew closer to exchange. We also found Liz to be an amazing contact point throughout the whole process who seamed to always be at the end of the phone for help and advice as this was our first sale.
Sadly we had dealings with an online agent as part of our chain and it has definitely put us off ever looking for a 'bargain' estate agent in the future and we wouldn't hesitate in going straight back to Brett when we come to sell our new home.
