We are currently looking to change to another company to manage our property (17 flats). JJ Homes have been an absolute disgrace.
They will start looking at a problem, then the person dealing with that will leave, and there's no handover. So you have to start again from the beginning with a new person. Rinse, and repeat.
They mismanaged a >£100k exterior maintenance project (Grade II building) - to the extent that it was very late finishing, over budget, and the tenants ended up doing a fair bit of the decisionmaking.
Complete lack of proper communication. You mail your housing manager - but if they've left there is no auto-response. There's just no response.
They fail to use Out Of Office correctly - more delays.
You have to chase and chase just to get the simplest of tasks done.
Absolutely appalling - I can't believe they are still trading.
