Overall generally pleased by our experience with Bradley's so far. We applied for two properties and are now living in the second. Agents were honest with us about our applications and helped as best they could with any questions we had. Took just over two weeks between viewing the property to moving in which we thought was pretty reasonable, although the referencing process could have been a bit quicker in our opinion. We spoke to someone named Kerry from head office who was very helpful in assisting with our referencing completion.
Comment on agent fees
Agency fees and moving in costs were a bit unreasonable we thought, and significantly higher than other local letting agents; this could dissuade us from renting through Bradley's in the future.
