I¢â‚¬â„¢ve called Stuart Smith Lettings Derby for a property. I¢â‚¬â„¢ve seen the property twice and decided to make an application directly at the agency.
First of all i had to ask for support because the agent just gave me the application form and left me alone. The agent that showed me the property told me the amount to be paid for the application, while the colleague asked me to pay more. So i told to her to ask to the agent that showed me the property, which confirmed the agreed amount, but without even showing up just to say hi.
After giving them all the necessary documents, i was confirmed that the property was ¢â‚¬Ëœ¢â‚¬â„¢blocked¢â‚¬â„¢¢â‚¬â„¢ since i made the application.
SURPRISE: after 3 days they called me back and said that the landlord chose ANOTHER APPLICANT and so the application process was dead.
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER APPLICANT IF I PAID FOR THE APPLICATION AND BLOCKED THE PROPERTY?????? nobody said to me that there were more than one application. In my opinion AN AGENCY THAT WORKS WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT ABOUT THE CLIENT HAS TO INFORM ABOUT IT.

Unfortunately this doesn't tell the whole story and poor service the heater still hasn't been fixed now on the 6th week and finally when they sent someone out he said he can't fix it so will have to wait without sufficient heating in the Lounge in till well after Christmas as it's the 20th today a continued poor service from Stuart Smith and Michelle..
