Jan has been incredibly helpful right throughout the purchase of our new property, from our first viewing up until completion. We had a fairly awkward purchase due to the owner having passed away and the property being empty for a year and in a state of disrepair. We needed to get in and complete some quite substantial works prior to completion and Jan arranged for us to be able to do this. Without her help we would have been facing living in a building site which would have been awful and dangerous with young children. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jan and the team, they have been utterly brilliant throughout the whole experience.
