I have been a landlord for over 10 years and trying to run a portfolio of properties and keep a full time job I decided I needed some help. Sara at 247 contacted me and I decided to let them manage a property I had empty, they found me a professional tenant after just 2 days and they did everything for a good competitive rate. I just wished I had used them sooner. I would defiantly recommend 247 property services.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
