Having been on the market for a year with another agent, with no viewings for 7 months, we moved to igloo with sceptical feelings. After meeting Craig, who was very knowledgeable and professional, we felt more positive. We decided to give them a go with a view of coming off the market if unsuccessful.

We had viewings instantly - this could be partly due to the professional quality of the photographs. Each viewing was confirmed by text message and followed up by the very helpful office staff who always got back in touch with feedback.

After accepting an offer we were delighted and couldn't believe the time it happened in, especially after how long we had been on with a previous agent. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outwith the control of ourselves or igloo, this fell through. Naturally we were devastated. Peter was extremely supportive and after speaking to him at length on more than one occasion (as I said, very supportive and it was outwith their control) we went back on the market and it sold again - WITHIN A WEEK!

Cannot recommend igloo highly enough. Thanks to all.
