The agents at Gibbs Gillespie in Rickmansworth are professional, polite and extremely efficient. All phone calls and emails were returned promptly. They gave a personal service and tailored their approach to ensure the successful sale of our property. James Townsend and Philip Smith were a pleasure to deal with as were all the other members of the team. We are very happy to recommend them.

I did feel fees were a little excessive - ‚£400 for preparing a tenancy agreement which appeared to be essentially a template with a few details changed. The agent was expensive but not extortionately so.
