I was contacted by Sara and Steve when they saw my advertisement for my rental property. I met them for the first time on the 14th of July and they had found me a tenant one week later. They put a lot of effort into ensuing the tenant was the right person for me. Both Sara and Steve have been thorough, efficient and polite. I am very pleased to be doing business with 247 property services.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
