Selling our home was no easy task. Along the way, there were a few set backs that were disappointing. Although those setbacks were no fault of Mannings, but the way they were handled by the branch was world class. I will like to commend our agent Chris Andrews for all his support and his ability to take us through the process in a professional and truly respectable manner. Things got complicated because we were selling our home and buying another at the same time, so naturally, depending on other parties , setbacks were very likely. The way Chris dealt with setbacks, was positive in itself amist the negativity of the setback and my constant nagging and expressions of frustration. He always kept calm and was able to diffuse matters very quickly and professionally. Customer service at its best! We truly felt that he was on our side and worked very hard to ensure that we sold our house and got into the property that we liked very much. He always kept us informed and was very pleasant to work with. By the end of the whole process, he did not feel like our Estate agent at all, it felt as though he was a member of our family in that he shared the same goals we had in selling our house and purchasing the new one we wanted. We were confident that Chris was doing EVERYTHING he could in representing us in the exact way we would have done for ourselves. Chris always went that extra mile for us to ensure that we were able to achieve our goals. I just want to say a big Thank You to Chris Andrews of the Headingley branch and the rest of the team for all their support and hard work.
