Mark was a total pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I found that Mark was able to answer all of the questions I had whilst viewing the property and during the letting process.
Once I picked up the keys and went to the flat, I found that a couple of items that I had asked to be removed were still there; Mark was able to sort this out for me straight away with no problems at all.
I have also been dealing a bit with Gemma who is equally friendly and efficient.
I would certainly recommend Mark (and Spencers!) to others looking to rent.

Comment on agent fees
Agents fees always seem to rack up pretty quick - but I think that's standard!
