Having previously successfully rented out my property, also using Country Properties, I put it on the market with them in September 2014. The property was initially overvalued by another agent who didn't take account of the lease being close to 80 years remaining, but there were a lot of viewings. The sale fell through 3 times (the buyers', not the agents' fault) but Jan stuck with it, and went above and beyond her duties, liaising with the solicitors to expedite the sale. I would definitely recommend Country Properties, particularly Jan.
