My husband and I put our house on the market prior to the first bank holiday in May. Chris Weller was our first point of contact, a charming and knowledgeable young man. We then met Lee Hubble, the senior Estate Agent, who came to measure the house and garden, the photographer was excellent as was the gentleman who provided the ECPH information. Our brochure was beyond expectation securing, on one Saturday, 12 visits, 6 offers and a final purchaser. Paul took over with the contacting of our online Conveyancer and Solicitor, who I would highly recommend using, and liaising with our purchaser. The whole process of selling our house was one of ease. From the first initial contact to the after care, I would highly recommend Mansell McTaggart Estate Agents, The Cross, Crowborough, East Sussex.
