This was the agent acting for our purchase. Sian Williams was exceptionally helpful and answered our queries and phone calls promptly and professionally but in a friendly manner. We never felt rushed in our dealings with her and was very understanding of the situations we found ourselves in. We felt very confident in dealing with her and she made what was at times a difficult and stressful process more bearable. We cannot thank her enough.
