When talking about sale of a property, everyone wants not only achieving the best price but also a quick and smooth transaction. Gargan helped us to make it happen. He sold two property for us!
He negotiates the best price on our behaviour beyond our expectations. During the transition, at each stage, he provided us with update and suggestion what is the best to do forward. His opinion is the most valuable contribution. As property investor, we are not able to present at the property, Gargan is the trusted house keeper, who open the door and close it. We do not need to be invloved at any stage, which is quite helpful even removing the old furniture out. With Gargan, you got the best chance to get the property sold- highly recommend!
