Viewing the property the first time (by myself) was great. The agent showing me round was pleasant, answered my questions to the best of her ability and i left very happy after making another appointment so my husband could view the property also.
Arrived at the property at 20 past 12 (5 mins late), knowing that it was a open house sort of viewing, i was under the impression she would be there with other clients until half past so a few minutes wouldn't be a problem. On arrival I discovered that no one was there. She had gone to another property for a different viewing.
After calling the office to find out if i had got the wrong time, I then received a call from the agent saying that she waited at the property, knowing how interested i was in the property, until 25 past. THIS WAS A LIE as i arrived at the property at 20 past and immediately went to the door knowing we were late.
When we did get to see the property again she was no longer pleasant and had an attitude/rude tone to her answers to mine and my husbands questions.
Since then I have had no problems with Jones Robinson, except more attitude at a measuring viewing from the same agent, and was very grateful for the bottle of wine we received when collecting the keys after completion, as organising and packing a house with 2 children running around can be stressful.
