I bought a house of Sanderson James and it was the worst buying experience I have had since becoming a investor 20 years ago, not to mention I have properties all over Manchester at least 25 off the top of my head I would never touch them again. I felt really pressured and it caused me a lot of stress Bianka was just as bad as Tara but she was professional and always got things done for me and I heard people shouting at her in the back ground to tell her to get it in for the month but she is always unavailable now. They are not professional especially in their speaking manner and they are your best friend when they want something. 3 houses in total and no respect I know their fees are expensive without me buying the houses they would of not had their fee which they always wanted for the end of the month when we are all busy... I think the staff are the way because of the people in charge serious changes need to be done.

Bianca has not worked for the company for 3 months and never worked out of the Levenshulme office also she was an apprentice who NEVER dealt with the sales process, I have no record of any of our investors buying 3 houses in the last year! We have no record of any of the events that this review is stating and therefor we would like this to be investigated further. What methods are you using to ensure these reviews are actually real?

Thank you for the great feedback , it was a pleasure selling your house and like I said we don't just sit back and let the house sell itself we put in a lot of work and effort and it pays off as you know.
