We bought a house through Manning Stainton and had the exceptional Lesley Alexander deal with our case from start to finish. We were first time buyers with little knowledge of the process and Lesley kept us fully informed from the start.
It was a long drawn out process that ended up taking over 6 months due to several members of the chain taking a long time to find a new place. It was incredibly frustrating and I honestly believe if it wasn't for Lesley's tireless efforts we would not now be living in the home we fell in love with.
She went above and beyond her job description, chasing all members of the chain, directly if possible and if not communicating with their solicitors and estate agents. I was given daily updates in the days leading up to our exchange to the point that once we finally completed it felt slightly strange not speaking to her.
I would thoroughly recommend Lesley to anyone who asked and, again, I am convinced the sale would have fallen through without her. She is hard working, tenacious and generally a lovely person. I will be forever grateful for what she did for us through an incredibly emotional process.
