We used Vital Space after advertising our property with two previous agents over the course of a few years. We agreed to use Vital Space in January 2015 & sold our property in February 2015, the market had started to rise however I do attribute the successful sale to our new agent as they were professional, up to date with the local market & proactive.
Aaron particularly deserves a huge mention as he had to act as go between for me & my solicitor, gaining information from the buyer & his solicitor as unfortunately the buyers solicitor Birchalls (Blackburn) live up to all of the reviews I have read about their service which was not positive!! It turned in to a particularly lengthy process but Aaron kept communication open between the buyer & me to ensure the process came to a successfully conclusion. He is a star as it was very stressful but he remained calm & professional throughout even giving me his mobile in case I needed any additional support.
Paul also helped greatly & gave advice about the pricing point of our property. Elle (admin) was always friendly & helpful, passing any messages to the team.
I highly recommend Vital Space if you want a professional, knowledgeable & friendly agent. Their fee was the most competitive fee as well.

Fee extremely competitive. Beat the agents that were charging more but who didn't manage to achieve a sale.
