Matt was keen to see my property, keen to win the business, and once I signed him to manage it, he placed a tenant in under a week. Very happy indeed with that part of the process.

Handling of utility transfers wasn't perfect, I had to get involved. But overall I'm a happy new Landlord.
Comment on agent fees
Matt was happy to fully price two different levels of service, and gave good advice on which service might suit me and my property. He then ensured I understood all of the fee structure, and was happy with it. I consider the service excellent value.
