Matt was keen to see my property, keen to win the business, and once I signed him to manage it, he placed a tenant in under a week. Very happy indeed with that part of the process. Handling of utility transfers wasn't perfect, I had to get involved. But overall I'm a happy new Landlord.
Matt was happy to fully price two different levels of service, and gave good advice on which service might suit me and my property. He then ensured I understood all of the fee structure, and was happy with it. I consider the service excellent value.
